What is Mobility Portal?

Mobility Portal enables secure access to multiple digital solutions of Siemens Mobility. You require only one digital identity to access multiple applications. You can also access product descriptions and documentation.

Supported browsers, devices and screen dimensions

We support:
- the latest version of Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox
- the latest version of Windows, Linux, iOS and Android
- the platforms desktop, tablet (>= 9.7“), smartphones (with restrictions, >=5“, widescreen)

Permissions

To access the Mobility Portal, you need to register and confirm your e-mail address. For the Mobility Portal and connected digital solutions you also require the respective permissions. If you do not have these permissions, please contact your system administrator or our support.

Register a new account

You need to register once before being able to use the Mobility Portal. You will need to confirm your e-mail address upon registration. Never pass on your credentials to anyone, and always treat them confidentially. When launching IWS you may have to confirm the link between the Mobility Portal and IWS.

Help for respective products

To view the available documentation for each product, first click on the respective product, and then open "documentation". In case there is no documentation available, the documentation tile is not visible. In case of questions or suggestions, you can contact the respective product manager of each application.

Product not working as expected? Report incident

Our goal is to provide trouble-free operation. However, mistakes sometimes happen. Should something not work as expected, please us via accessing the tile 'Incident' and report the issue including a detailed description via e-mail or phone. For some accounts the Incident Tile is disabled - in this case please contact your support.

What is the password policy of Mobility Portal?

The password must be at least 10 characters long.

I forgot my password. What can I do?

You can initiate the password reset process by clicking on the "Forgot Password?" link on the sign in page.

My account got locked, what happened and what can I do?

We lock accounts temporarily after multiple consecutive failed sign in attempts to prevent attackers from guessing the passwords of our users. When an account is locked, wait a couple of minutes and try again. You can always reset your password to regain access.
